This contract was on a new build development project in Formby, Southport. We completed 6 of the houses on the site averaging two weeks a house for completion due to them being large properties with lots of detail. Several of the houses used a mixed pattern detail in the roof using three colours such as red, brown and terracotta with only so many colours being allowed pm2. A dry verge and dry ridge system was installed on all the houses with traditional lead flashings into all the brickwork upstands.
