As a whole we offer both Commercial & Domestic services such as New build houses, Refurbishment projects, Design & Build Projects, Skypod roof lanterns/ veluxes installations or even general roofing maintenance and repairs. Specifications can be drawn up to scale for almost any new roof. Clark And Son work closely with our suppliers to try our best to give the best product for the job.

Pitched Roofing = Tiling/ slating all types with or without patterns, Ridge tiles + Verges wet or dry

Roofline such as new fascia boards & soffits wooden or plastic 
 

Insurance is a must in all aspects of work, our Public liability reaches £5,000,000 and our Employers liability £10,000,000.
Our aim is to keep our staff up to date with the most recent training for HSE and the correct training to use any products we provide correctly. All staff are trained to a high standard with up to level 3 NVQ in all aspects of management and roofing awards and first aid.

We have multiple accreditations I.e Chas/ Construction line/ IPAF/ PASMA/ CSCS and many more.

All of our work is fully insured and guarantees can be offered up to 15 years with several packages that we offer.

We have no problem accessing out of reach positions due to our staff being fully qualified to drive Mobile Elevating Working Platforms (MEWPS), with this licence we can reach an excessive height of 135ft (70m) up in the air. In some cases we can use our own pasma approved scaffolders to save cost to the client or if not we have an expert scaffolding company that we work hand in hand with to meet all the safety procedures for our staff and our clients property and personal well being. 

Hopefully towards the end of the year we will have the go ahead to start installing solar systems on properties this year which will be a new step into the future for Clark And Son.
