The works we started was localised repairs as the original contractor had poorly installed the Hot Melt System to the Detailing.

 

As a Icopal Approved Contractor who is Approved to Install Hot Melt Duo and Solo System. Upon further Inspection with the Client, Icopal and the Architect it was evident that the whole system had been badly installed. We was then contracted to Strip the existing failed System, however taking into account that there where still of massive Value in the building due to the size of these items could not be removed.

 

The materials where craned up to the roofs which were split in three different level as access was very difficult.

 

We once an area was stripped we then carried out the installation in sequence and as per Icopal specification.
